Happy June 1st! With wedding season kicking into full gear, Completely Yours Events knows you probably have a few questions about your wedding, your best friend's wedding, or weddings in general. With that being said, this month Completely Yours Events’ is offering you our Wedding Etiquette 101 every Friday!
My wedding is quickly approaching and the R.S.V.P. date has
passed. Is it okay to call the guests
who have to yet to respond?
Of course! Call as soon as you can reach a phone. It is completely understandable to need to
know this piece of information seeing as it affects a lot about your wedding,
like how many favors to order and how much food you will need. Start off by asking them if they have
received your invitation, and throughout the conversation, try not to let your
annoyance show through. That being said,
make sure you always promptly R.S.V.P. to invitation of any kind. When planning a wedding or any sort of event,
we know response tardiness is frowned upon. Also, if you are using a wedding planning or other service for your wedding (like Completely Yours Events!), they can handle the guests who have and have not responded to your invitation, so you'll never have to break a sweat!
